Kassi's First Day of Pre-K

Today was Kassi's first day back to school. She was supposed to go Tuesday, but with Gustav school was cancelled. She was all excited to go and didn't even care that I was leaving after I dropped her off. She took forever picking out her outfit last night and didn't like the shoes I picked out to go with it. She kept giving me the "gag me" sign because they weren't sparkly enough. She wanted to wear her pink glitter shoes, but I save those for church so they won't get yucky playing at school. She finally relented and wore the shoes I picked out. She said she just wanted to be fabulous for the first day. Of course I told her she was! I'm sure she had fun as her best buddy, Evan was there at school to greet her. I have to say it has been a nice three hours to myself! So quiet.
