High Maintenance!
Bailee got some bath/spa stuff from her Nana for Christmas. She just loves to pamper herself. She felt so grown up with all this big girl spa stuff.
Bai even had me buy a cucumber at the store (for her eyes). A girl just can't have puffy eyes!
I hope the guys that end up with my girls make some $$$. These girls are high maintenance!
Aaah! so relaxed. I need a massage!

Talent Show!
We had our Church Christmas party last night and for the entertainment they had a talent show. Bailee and Kassi sang "Jolly Old St. Nicholas." They did really good. I think they were a little nervous because the stood very straight and still. They had practiced with a little side step move, but overall I was proud of them. They sang in front of basically the whole congregation at the Christmas dinner. Our neighbor, Mike also played his bagpipes and that was really good as well. Of course, I was always told by Grandma Lynn that you only like the pipes if you have Scottish blood. Well, I do so I guess that's why I like it.

Christmas in Roseland
Friday, Melissa and I took the girls to the Garden of the American Rose Center to see all the lights at Christmas in Roseland. It was really fun and there were TONS of lights. The even had an outdoor showing of the cartoon, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, which is always a fav of my kids. We had a great time and afterwards stopped by McDonald's for a treat and then swung by Target. Melissa and I have decided to get into Fondue, so we each bought a fondue pot. We got so caught up with seeing all the lights, the stop at McDonalds, and the fondue pot buying we didn't get home until 10:30. And we left at 6:00! It was a fun night out with our girls!
It's not Louisiana without a Christmas gator!
Ooh La La! The Eiffle Tower. Are we in Paris?
Me and my girls. We have a thing about Paris right now, so we made a goal that in 10 years we will go to Paris together. Maybe someday we'll get a picture of us in front of the real Eiffle Tower.

Happy 5th Birthday Kassidy!!!!!!!!!!
Oh man! I can't believe my baby is five today! It seems like I just had her. She is growing up so fast. I love this little stinker soooo much. She is such a blessing to our lives. (Tantrums and all.) She just has my and her Daddy's heart. I'm soo lucky to be her mother.
She is such a diva, but that is one of the things I adore about her. She just wouldn't be the same with out that touch of snooty-ness, but nice and quiet at the same time.
Anyone who knows Kassi knows that this is the perfect capture of her personality.
Just gushing some more about how cute she is....brag, brag, brag. (Anybody sick yet?)
Happy Birthday Kassi Poo Tinkerbell! We LOVE you!!!! XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

Kassidy's Fancy Nancy 5th Birthday Party
Kassidy decided months ago she wanted a Fancy Nancy birthday party. Those of you who have not heard of Fancy Nancy they are children's story books about a little girl named Nancy who loves to be fancy and use big fancy French words, dress fabulously fancy, and loves everything fancy around her. They are really cute books and you can read more about them HERE!
Here is my super cute fancy birthday girl. She was so excited for her big party and it was so much fun. Nana got her this official Fancy Nancy dress and shoes and Grandma got her an official Fancy Nancy crown and book (All available at Target). Ever since Thanksgiving she kept asking if it was her birthday yet. I'm glad it finally came, now I can relax a little bit. Billy and I worked all week finishing and painting the drywall in our living room. (We had old wood paneling and Billy put up all new drywall. It looks really good.)We got it done just in time for our little diva.
The girls got to make Plain Jane (aka Bailee) fancy by picking different fancy items for her to wear. We also learned some French, Bon Jour and Merci.
Since everyone was now dressed fancy, good posture makes you more fancy. We all practiced walking nice and tall with a banana on our head. Melissa and are were fancy posture perfect moms with bananas on our heads.
Dancing shaking our hands for our nails to dry. We painted nails and got shimmery fancy sparkles.
Then everyone got a boa and gathered for a group picture. Everyone say "FANCY NANCY!"
